Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope that you are pleased with the products you received from us, but if you do need to return anything we offer the following options to you:

Return your product to our customer services for an exchange or refund. Any return to store must be done within 6 days from the date of delivery and the product must be returned unused and unopened.

Please note: If the product is returned, either to store or to Customer Services, in a condition which is not fully re saleable or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights. We will not refund gift wrap charges if your product is unwanted or you have changed your mind. To arrange a return of your unwanted items please contact Customer Service.

When returning goods to customer services, refunds will be paid onto the same method of payment used on the original order. The refund value will be for the price paid of the product. ( please note charges for delivery and cash on delivery will not refunded). Refunds will only be processed once the item is received back.

IF YOUR PRODUCT IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED

We will always do our best to ensure that your product arrives correctly and in perfect condition. Sometimes, however, mistakes do happen and we want to be able to resolve them for you as quickly as possible. In this case you can either:

Return to Customer Services. To return your item to customer services, Call Customer Care, and take your parcel to your local Collect+ drop off point. Once we receive it we will refund the goods in full

  5. We are not liable for delay in delivery caused due to Operational limitations of our Logistics Partners, Unavailability of a recipient.
  6. Orders are strictly delivered to a person it is intended for, delivery could be done to a family member upon verification.
  7. Orders are delivered to last point reachable in case of office addresses (Reception, Mail Room) – Details of receiving person can be retrieved on request.

Returns and Replacements

What is Our Return Policy? Products Under Flexi Returns : *However the products should be completely unused except for few sprays and if you decide to return please treat it as your own fragrance and please preserve the original packaging while returning. We are not doing reverse pickups, Hence if you decide to return you will be shipping us back and pay for it.(*If you didn’t like the fragrance and want to return, you bear the cost of shipping. and if we delivered a wrong/damaged product we will bear shipping cost) . — Products Not Under Flexi Returns: * Product bought under promotions, Month End Sale or any other Events and with Special Prices (Slashed Prices) are not Returnable.

Ordering through perfumegarden.in is extremely easy and with multiple modes of payments as per customer’s convenience We Offer Cash on Delivery on Limited Pin Code and Prepaid Via Various Banking Methods.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Cancelling Order

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. For outright cancellations by you: -If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. -If you have Ordered a Decant, That is Non-Cancellable and Non Returnable after Shipping.
